AURORO pieces are all one of a kind, Made to Order, custom made or vintage and therefore we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once the order has been placed. We take great pride in our attention to detail, which sometimes leads to unpredictable minor delays. Such minor delays are NOT eligible for refunds.

We recycle gold as much as possible. For non-recycled gold, we use gold fair-mined, fair-trade gold exclusively through our refiner with the following certifications:

Most stones are hand-cut or re-cut by our lapidarists in Los Angeles.
