Can I return or exchange?

All sales are final. AURORO pieces are all one of a kind, Made to Order, custom made or vintage and therefore we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once the order has been placed. We take great pride in our attention to detail, which sometimes leads to unpredictable minor delays. Such minor delays are NOT eligible for refunds.

Our number one priority is that you love your jewelry. If you have questions about a piece, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to hello@shopauroro.com. We are always happy to send additional photos and details, or talk through the piece you love.

Are your stones natural?

We use natural colored stones. Some stones are hand-cut or re-cut by our lapidarist in Los Angeles. For diamonds, we use both naturally mined and lab-grown diamonds.

What kind of Gold do you use?

All our pieces are straight up solid 14k gold and 18k is available by request. We use recycled gold as much as possible. For non-recycled gold, we use fair-mined, fair-trade gold exclusively through our refiner with the following certifications:

  • Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC)
  • Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI)
  • SCS: Global Services

I am unsure of my ring size, how do I figure it out?

We recommend going to a local jeweler to get your finger sized. Don’t forget to take notes on your phone to keep for the future.

What if my piece gets damaged?

All AURORO pieces are guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for 30 days after delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this guarantee.

If your piece has been damaged and you are interested in repair, please send a photo and description of the damage to hello@shopauroro.com. We will assess the damage and let you know if repair is possible with an estimated cost for repair. We gotchu.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship via UPS 2-day signature-required delivery in the United States. All packages require signature at delivery and are fully insured until they are signed for. Packages over $5,000 to a residence will require an adult signature. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for shipping charges if the package gets returned to us, buyer pays re-shipment fee.

When will my order ship?

All AURORO pieces are made to order, excluding one of a kinds, in stock and vintage. Our typical production turnaround is 8-16 weeks, depending on the piece. In stock AURORO pieces will ship in 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally via fully insured UPS Priority signature-required delivery to eligible countries. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by your local country at the time of delivery, and we will not declare a lower value. We do not collect any international duties at then time of purchase.

Can I sleep in my AURORO jewelry?

It is fine jewelry, so taking it off when you go to bed (especially with colored gemstones) is the safest way to ensure your pieces last. We recommend removing your pieces before bed and storing them in a jewelry box, pouch or jewelry dish. Be sure to separate diamonds from colored gemstones and pearls as diamonds can scratch colored gemstones.

Can I go swimming or to the beach in my jewelry?

Chlorine can damage colored stones a and compromise the integrity of the stone over time. Excessive exposure to chlorine can attack the alloy mix used to make the gold and weaken prongs.

Sand can scratch gold and gemstones and the cold water makes your fingers shrink - better to be safe than sorry!

Anything else I should be aware of?

Remove your jewelry when working out, hiking, or any activity that could potentially impact or be abrasive to your pieces. Contact with beauty products, household chemicals and extreme temperatures can damage fine jewelry.

Jewelry with gemstones and pearls should be stored separately from other gemstones (and especially diamonds) to avoid scratches.

Emeralds are not meant to be worn in the shower or pool and should not come into contact with chlorine, beauty or cleaning products.

Clean your pieces with a squeeze of dish soap and warm water. Use a soft toothbrush to get to those hard to reach places.

Do not use an ultrasonic cleaner with pearls or colored gemstones!
